Vacancy: Part-Time Administrator/Receptionist
Salary: NJC Scale Point 2 – £22,336 (pro rata)
Hours: 20 per week (4 hours per day Monday-Friday)
Location: Unity Business Centre, 26 Roundhay Road, Leeds, LS7 1AB
Manuel Bravo Project provides free legal advice for asylum seekers, refuges and vulnerable migrants in Leeds.
The Project employs OISC level 3 Case Workers and benefits from a large team of volunteers including barristers, solicitors, law students and other individuals giving their time to assist people who are unable to find adequate legal support.
The Project is regulated by The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC).
We are currently seeking a part-time Administrator/Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for people contacting Manuel Bravo Project including clients, volunteers and other agencies. The post holder will be responsible for directing calls, managing referrals and providing administration support across the entire Project.
